Managing Director, Glen Butler, has more than 40 years insurance experience, including positions with a major Australian Insurer and 21 years as an Insurance Broker.
Glen holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking) and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). Glen is also a Senior Associate and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Glen is a past president of the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers (CQIB) and has extensive experience in all facets of the insurance industry.

Senior Account Executive, Robin Amos, has more than 35 years insurance experience, including 11 years with two of Australia's leading Insurers, 8 years as an Insurance Multi-Agent in his own business and 14 years as an Insurance Broker. Robin has extensive experience in the small and medium enterprise market; he holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking) and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA).

Account Executive, Shirley Coleman, has more than 20 years insurance experience including 7 years with a major Australian insurer and over15 years as an insurance broker. She has extensive experience in the small to medium enterprise market, especially with Regional Queensland enterprises. Shirley has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Senior Associate (CIP) of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).

Account Executive, Gary Fletcher, has 6 year's experience in the insurance industry where he began as an insurance agent before moving up to broking. He has extensive experience in the small to medium enterprise market generally but particularly enjoys working with clients in the earthmoving and transport industries. Gary is Tier 1 Accredited and a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA).

Assistant Account Executive, Rod Coleman, thrives on the customer-focused environment at Craven Insurance Services. He has worked in senior management roles in the retail, education and fast food sectors as well as the conservation environment. All combine to add a broad business perspective to Rod's Risk Analysis skills. Rod is Tier 1 Accredited and an Affiliate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).

Administration Manager, Kerry Ward, has 32 years of insurance experience, including 15 years with a major Australian Insurer and over 15 years association with the insurance broking profession.

Kerry is an Associate and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Kerry is an accredited Tier 1 Insurance Broker and has extensive experience with Information Technology systems and procedures.

Administrative Assistant, Karen Butler, has more than 22 years experience in the education field.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Diploma of Education (Dip ED). Karen currently undertakes marketing and compliance tasks within the business.
